I have spent 14 years owning brand and creative, including 6 as a Creative Director. At RocketReach I own every visual and creative decision across product, brand, and marketing: ads, social, video, email, and landing pages. I also direct, plan, produce, shoot, light, and edit video myself, for RocketReach and for MCW Starz, a youth basketball program.
Before RocketReach had a marketing team, I ran all marketing creative. As the team formed and went through a leadership change, I kept the brand consistent across every channel. I led the brand refresh alongside the product UI redesign, so the product and the marketing share one visual voice. Now I am bringing marketing page production in-house with Claude, replacing multiple freelancers.
I run video production end to end: concept, planning, lighting, shooting, directing talent, and the final edit. The campaign work supports both brand positioning and fundraising, and having one person own the whole pipeline keeps the creative tight and the turnaround fast.
For MCW Starz AAU, I produce mini documentaries that follow individual players through their basketball journey. Each film brings in the people who shape a player: coaches, teammates, parents, and mentors. I combine interviews, game footage, practice, and everyday moments to tell stories that feel genuine.
Earlier in my career, I led rebrands and marketing production for 50+ trade show and magazine brands at Questex Media, and spent six years as Creative Director at Mitrend, owning the product UI, brand, website, and marketing. On the side, I build brands for restaurants, personal brands, and startups, including Hummingbird Nutritious Eats and Traveling Bostonian.
Whether it is a product launch, a campaign, or a documentary, I own the creative from strategy through final delivery. That range is what I bring to a creative organization: I can set the direction and I can still make the work.
